Ok as everybody can tell this recession is hurting all industries. One thing that you want to be very aware of is DO NOT CUT YOUR VALUE by doing DEEP PRICE DISCOUNTS! This can hurt your brand alot more in the future as it would help you in the present.
Some hotels are taking a approach to luring customers by offering free treats, or small gifts as a promotion. This does cost money to your bottom line, but it does not hurt your value and pricing in the future.
